Iran Mall project or Iran Grand Bazaar is considered as one of the major development projects on a global scale, which is defined with the aim of creating a very luxurious commercial, cultural, sports and social space located in the 22nd district of Tehran. The designer of this collection is NORR Consulting Engineers of Canada.

Subject of the contract: Supply of manpower for operation, service, maintenance and repair of heating and cooling engines, as well as house pumps and water tanks in the Grand Bazaar of Iran.

Among the activities of Fan Andish Company during the project:

1- Providing specialized, technician and simple personnel.

2- Assigning different work shifts to do the job better.

3- Managing the maintenance and repair service of motorhomes in such a way that there is no disturbance in the operation of the mentioned systems.

4- Performing the required operations to identify and eliminate equipment defects in order to optimally operate it.

5- Maintenance and repair process with the highest level of care and quality.

6- Coordination with equipment suppliers and manufacturers.

7- Helping to identify equipment, preparing a list of defects for implementing CMMS
